OUR PIPELINE

Science with
many paths.

A preclinical portfolio of antibody, regeneration, and gene therapy programs.

RESEARCH PROGRAMS

From target to
possibility.

Ibex has a portfolio of unique preclinical programs spanning three platforms.

01 / ANTIBODIES

Therapeutic antibodies

Ibex is involved in preclinical therapeutic antibody programs targeting malaria and oncology, and is characterizing these antibodies for potential use against inflammatory conditions. The company has also developed a polyclonal antibody for immunohistochemistry diagnostics of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and skin lesions.

02 / REGENERATIVE PLATFORM

Regenerative medicine

Ibex is validating a platform that operates similarly to reprogramming and seeks to use gene therapy to facilitate functional repair of damaged cells in situ. The company holds a patent related to a transcription factor intended to foster regeneration while inhibiting oncogenesis.

03 / GENE THERAPY

Gene therapies

Several preclinical programs focus on direct tumor targeting and mitigation of chronic and acute inflammation. They use novel adeno-associated virus serotypes and promoters to improve the precision of tissue targeting, delivery, and potential efficacy.
